The Auto-Assist® service arm dramatically distinguishes American Auto-Matrix® (AAM) from competitors who do not offer dedicated support for their products. Auto-Assist includes:

The Auto-Assist service extends the individual Solution Integrator’s staff. This approach to support services allows the individual AAM departments to work openly with each other and directly with the Solution Integrators to offer comprehensive on-demand assistance.
Telephone Support is a valuable service offered by the American Auto-Matrix® Customer Support Department to all of its licensed Solution Integrators. When a call is received at our centralized dispatch center, it is logged, and a time stamp is applied to track our response time. The call is then routed to the support person best suited to answer the questions. The call tracking system is a valuable tool used to identify training, manual updates, and product performance issues.
