The SBC-VAV model controllers are variable air volume (VAV) and constant air volume (CAV) terminal box digital controllers. Each of the available SBC-VAV controller types can be employed in different scenarios.

The SBC-VAV controllers work on existing Public Unitary ProtocolTM (PUPTM) networks. Through the SBC-STAT Sensor Bus (SSB), the SBC-VAV controllers communicate with SBC-STAT room sensors without the use of an I/O point on the controller.
